Theft of property (motor vehicle). A 43-year-old female reported the theft of her silver 2000 Oldsmobile Alero valued at $3,000 from a location on Nolan Street.
Feb. 2
Criminal mischief III. A 43-year-old female reported $50 damage done to a mailbox located on Bramlett Road.
Feb. 4
Criminal mischief III. A 60-year-old male reported $50 damage done to the window and tin of a trailer at his residence.
Harassing communications. A 44-year-old female reported an incident that occurred between 4:28 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the Haines Alley.
Theft of property III. A 45-year-old male reported a black mailbox valued at $20 was stolen from Mack Alexander Road between noon Dec. 1 and noon Dec. 10.
Feb. 5
Theft of property I. A business owner reported the theft of a self-contained hydraulic unit valued at $25,000 and a grinding unit valued at $4,000 was stolen between Jan.1 and Feb. 1 from the Industrial Park.
Feb. 6
Possession of a controlled substance. Officers recovered three units of a white powder substance tied in cellophane and an orange hexagon-shaped table with N8 imprinted on it in an incident that occurred at 2 p.m. on West Ladiga Street.
Criminal mischief III. After being arrested a man caused $150 damage to a computer desk in the booking room at the Police Department and he was charged accordingly.

Feb. 6 – Timothy Bryan Branson, 25, failure to appear.
Kristy Michelle Hass, 23, illegal obtaining credit/debit card.
Tonya Lynn Tucker, 34, obstructing government operations, (four counts).
Lonny Ray Smith, 39, criminal mischief III, resisting arrest, and attempting to elude a police officer.
Feb. 7 -- Charmagne Holliday Davis, 25, obstructing government operations.

Obstructing governmental operations.
(a) A person commits the crime of obstructing governmental operations if, by means of intimidation, physical force or interference or by any other independently unlawful act, he:
(1) Intentionally obstructs, impairs or hinders the administration of law or other governmental function; or
(2) Intentionally prevents a public servant from performing a governmental function.
(b) This section does not apply to the obstruction, impairment or hindrance of the making of an arrest.
(c) Obstructing governmental operations is a Class A misdemeanor.
